Stretch & Meditate


This is a Christ-centered wellness opportunity. It embraces the essential elements of yoga: breath work, meditation and physical postures. During our practice, we focus our intention and meditation on Christ through scripture. A beautiful practice for stress relief, strength building and relaxation, you will also benefit from spiritual renewal as we love the Lord our God with all our heart, soul, mind and strength (Luke 10:27). All are welcome!

The instructor is a registered Holy Yoga instructor (Christian network which combines yoga with Christian practice, attempting to adapt elements of yoga to a Christian worldview).
