Our retreat will help you to find some space just for you to reflect upon your life.

You will receive recorded meditations which are based on the method of Ignatius of Loyola, the founder of the Jesuits.

You will listen to calm music and reflections proposed by the guide.

Our aim is to help you listen to your heart, to meet God in your individual life journey and in this way, to prepare yourself for Christmas.

The retreat will be guided by Wojciech Lesniak sj, who leads the Ignatian Meditation Group at the Chapel for Europe.
