Due to some technical problems, we need to change the movie that we are going to screen but keeping the same topic.

Following the publication of the long-awaited ‘Pact on Migration and Asylum’ by the EU Commission last 23 September, we would like to screen this movie that focuses on the whole journey of the refugees.

An Academy Award® nominee for Best Documentary Feature and the first nonfiction film to ever win the top prize at the Berlin International Film Festival, Fire at Sea takes place in Lampedusa, a remote Mediterranean island that has become a major entry point for refugees into Europe.

Film in Italian, with French subtitles.
