5th WORKSHOP SPIRITUALITY FOR BUSY PEOPLE:
FROM CONFLICT RESOLUTION TO CONFLICT TRANSFORMATION
Thursday, 22.06.2023 from 18:30 till 21:30

How do you deal with conflict? In this workshop, we will look at why conflicts happen, how we tend to respond, and what we can learn from how Jesus and the Bible suggest we might approach conflict.

We will look at interpersonal situations (conflict between two parties); group conflicts and the role of a leader; and explore some strategies that can help to de-escalate situations and build more understanding into our relationships.

Do you struggle with, avoid, or get stressed out by conflict? Or perhaps you have no problem with conflicts, but find that others around you can sometimes be quite sensitive, and it’s not always easy to find solutions that work for everyone. Either way, this workshop is for you.

The workshop will be led by Rev Sarah-Jane King, Curate at the Anglican Church St Martha & St Mary’s, Leuven, with contributions of Paul Vrolijk and Fr Krystian Sowa sj. There will be a possibility to practice.

If you missed the 4th workshop, you will still benefit.

 Practical information:

18:30 Introduction and the first part

20:15 Second part and evaluation
