PEACE LIGHT OF BETHLEHEM  

For nearly three decades, the Peace Light of Bethlehem kindled in the Nativity Church in Bethlehem just before the Advent period, has been disseminated worldwide by scouts and guides. This symbolic flame of peace is now making its way across Europe and North America.

We are delighted to announce the arrival of the Peace Light in Brussels, where we will dedicate a special moment to reflecting on peace, particularly in the Holy Land.

Together with Cisde– together for global justice, Les Scouts, and Pax Christi International ,  the Chapel for Europe welcomes the Peace Light of Bethlehem into the Chapel on:

Monday, 11 December at 18:00  with a prayer.

For those unable to attend in person, a live stream will be available on the Chapel for Europe YouTube channel.

Feel free to bring a lantern to take home the Bethlehem light.
