3rd Workshop: MAKING GOOD DECISIONS (Art of Spiritual Discernment)
Thursday, 11.05.2023 from 18:30 till 21:30

Spiritual discernment is the interpretation of what St. Ignatius Loyola called the “motions of the soul.” These interior movements consist of thoughts, emotions, desires, feelings, repulsions and attractions.

Spiritual discernment involves becoming sensitive to these movements, reflecting on them, and understanding where they come from and where they lead us.

The principles of Consolation and Desolation will be discussed and various Rules for the Discernment will be presented as well as some helpful strategies to use when trying to make a good decision.

There will be a possibility to practice.

A typical Ignatian prayer will be introduced: the 15 min Examen of Conscience (which helps to see how God guides me through life).

Led by Krystian Sowa sj, with the participation of Paul Vrolijk. Both trainers will share their own experience

If you missed the 2nd workshop, you will still benefit.
