Silent contemplative prayer group
Contemplative prayer is a tradition dating back to the early days of Christianity, which seeks silent union with God; it experienced a revival in the twentieth century through the teachings of John Main (1926–1982), Thomas Keating (1923–2010) and Franz Jalics (1927–2021).
When? The contemplative meditation group meets in the crypt from 5:00 p.m. to 6:45 p.m. once a month on Sundays.
Next dates in 2026: 25 October, 15 November and 13 December.
Open to everyone willing to practice silent contemplative prayer in a community. Newcomers welcome!

– 17:00 – 17:20 – Chi kung (contemplative movement)
– 17:25 – 17:50 – Sitting meditation (25 minutes)
– 17:50 – 18:00 – Walking meditation (10 minutes)
– 18:00 – 18:25 – Sitting meditation (25 minutes)
– 18:25 – 18:35 – Short sharing
– 18:35 – 18:45 – Time to put the crypt in order
Those who wish can stay for the Mass at 19:00.
